There are thousands of companies suffered from this SCAM COMPANY already. please don't listen to anything they say!!!Their service sucks!!!!!!! After months of them 'courting' my business I left Wells Fargo and tried to successfully set up two different company accounts with these people. It took them many times to figure out that TWO companies meant TWO different accounts, etc. After I signed on, I was totally ignored despite many, many phone calls to discuss major problems with the processing. I was cold called by William Ward of Merchant Services, Irvine, CA. He implied that his call was required by the State of California to review Credit Card accounts for overcharges and possible refunds. It took considerable effort to find out his Last Name, Company Name and address, but he did provide them. When the representative for Merchant Services reviewed out present CC Merchant account he assured us he could improve the rates we were receiving and save our company money. I advised the rep that we had an account with another merchant but the rep assured me he would present my contract to his boss, James Minor Supervisor of Customer Service, who would review it and he would let me know if there would be any problems in transferring over. I worked for years to secure a major contract with a billion dollar company operating in Orlando, Florida with my company (Blanc Photo and Fine Art). Don't make the mistake of letting these misleading folks come in to your business. They have a misleading name designed to sound like your current "merchant services" department of your current bank. They actually answer their phone First Data Merchant Services which is the real behemoth credit card processing company in Delaware.
