Cenmar, the owner of SparkleRestoration, was very responsive and professional from the initial estimate through the completion of the job. Cenmar had a genuine concern that I understood what needed to be done when he provided a very complete and detailed estimate and throughout the demolition, mold remediation, and restoration of my master shower. I called Sparkle based on the 5 star recommendation of fellow yelp users. My small apartment building developed a slab leak that wet the lower part of a living room wall and dampened the carpet inward from such wall about 2 feet. Fortunately, my tenant noticed the wetness and called me right away so I was able to pull back carpet and lay down towels to restrict the seepage from the leak. Too little adjectives out there to describe the fabulous experience we had with the Sparkle team. We had a water leak in our bathroom (2 weeks after we installed wood flooring and I looked on several sources for a reliable contractor. Initially Cenmar said Corona was further out than his team came, but they ended up coming for an estimate and they got the job. I cannot say enough good things about this company. The three staff members that arrived (including the company owner, Cenmar) were so pleasant to be around. Nice, conversational and highly efficient. They explained what they were doing and why, showed me before and after sections of my carpet so that I could see the difference and even did a check for mold for me in another room of the house no charge. After discovering mold in various places in my kitchen, I contacted Sparkle Restoration to come out and inspect the issue. It turned out I had a severe mold infestation throughout my kitchen and in some of the walls. Cenmar and his crew began work immediately removing the infestation and discovered the culprit of the mold. The abatement took several days as did the repairs.
