I ordered a perfume, Amazing Grace parfum spray and was exited to receive it, as it is my favorite. When I sprayed it on my wriists, all I smelled was Alcohol and a faint smell that was most definitely NOT Amazing Grace. As I read other reviews that sound just like mine, I have learned my lesson. 2 minutes ago BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I paid extra for shipping to guarantee my product arrives here by the 23rd, it's a Christmas gift. Checked tracking, it's arriving on the 26th, so basically useless to me at this point. I called and they tried to say I didn't pay extra, when I'm looking at the added cost in my email confirmation!!!! They did nothing to correct the situation. I ordered an item by mistake from them on ebay and returned it on my dime, the item was delivered back to them and they won't refund me, instead they are requesting for me to "cancel" the order, which would mean that they don't have to send me a refund and the return case would be closed. Why don't they just refund me already? eBay says to only accept the cancellation request if I have already received a refund. So they are trying to scam me and get out of having o refund me. smh. I received a rusty dirty blush compact that is too gross for even a dog to use. This company is a bunch of con artists. Whoever put this in the box and sent it to me knew good and well it was unusable. Not to mention COUNTERFEIT. When I contacted them for help they just directed me to a 1800 number. Please be aware that this site sales counterfeit perfumes. I purchased Opium eau de toilet on 6/13. The smell was closed to original but had a sugar burn hint in it and after spraying it lasted only for 1/2 hour instead of at least 6 hours as the original one. I had this perfume in the past, however I tried it in Macys before and after the purchase to make sure that I know quality of the perfume. Read More »

I bought one item from this site and have since received questionable txt messages. It's one thing to receive spam emails, but spam txt messages...really? I bought one item from Beauty Encounter and have been bombarded with spam ever since. All my attempts to unsubscribe have failed. For the first five emailed adverts, I tried responding with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the header. The ads kept arriving. The unsubscribe link at their website doesn't work. Needed hair color for a client and saw this company online. Called them to make sure they had product and could get it here by date needed. Also confirmed over phone of address and shipping method. Called them after not receiving it and was told I gave wrong address, they would re-ship. Turns out they used mail and not up s!
