This Company has great products, but make it very difficult to deal with if you are International customers. I have had a really frustrating time with their order process. Based in Australia, it takes far roo long for this to being resolved and they do not offer you a reasonable postage rate. They insist on using UPS at $42 when USPS would do the same for less than $14. In addition, if you reply to their emails it appears as if you simply get an automated response.
