I have been working with Sam at B&T Auto Transport for almost 10 years now and they have consistently provided great services. I have lost count of how many cars and trucks they have shipped for me but I do remember that I have never had a single problem or damage reported. I got my car transported through B&T / MJ Transport and it was absolutely a great experience. Mr. Sam was able to accommodate my last minute request (just days before I was to move out) and arranged for the pick up. The car was delivered in two days. B&T Auto Transport provided exemplary service in transporting our SUV from Orange County, CA to IN. Sam was prompt in responding to phone calls and emails. He understood our concerns as novices and answered all questions fully. The receiving party emailed me that "this company has outstanding customer relations." I recently moved from Mass to California and I used B&T to transport my car. Every step of the process from speaking with the dispatcher to arranging the pickup with the driver was great. They were up front with me about the pricing and the pick-up window and the car was delivered on time in California. The same driver picked up the car, loaded it on the truck and drove it across the country. Overall B&T seems like a well run outfit and I would not hesitate to use them again. Read More »

Dealing with Sam was a pleasure. He made it very simple to move my BMW roadster from New Hampshire to Honolulu Hawaii. This was a 11 year old BMW Z3 with only 25K miles on it and it was very important to me that extreme care be taken in the movement. I researched all over the web for reputable companies to transport my SUV. Not only was B&T auto easy to work with, they were also nice, professional, prompt in their replies, and one of the more affordable companies! Great company. Trustworthy. This was our second experience with B&T auto transport. The first time they moved two of our cars,and it was better than I could have hoped for. Both cars were classics with sentimental value. They arrived on time with no problems. It was great doing business with B&T Auto Transport. I mostly spoke to Sam. They don't make false promises - for example, I was told by another company that they would cover insurance for 'acts of god' like hail etc- which I later found out that no company does - unless it is maybe closed transportation of cars. Don't waist your time dealing with anyone other than B&T. I had a FABULOUS experience!!!!!!!!!!!! First time using an auto transport. It was an excellent choice of auto transport, I checked all the best ones on the list and this company exceeded my expectations. Sam was always available for all my questions and concerns. I found B&T transport online and decided to try them after other companies I had used let me down. I have moved at least a dozen vehicles over the past 16 months. Sam and Tey are super nice people and know how to make a customer feel comfortable. All of the moves went smoothly with only a couple of minor delays. I have not had to ship a car outside of a corporate move on my own so I was at a bit of a loss trying to decide which transport company to use. Exemplary customer service! I shipped my car from San Diego to Miami during the holidays and was unsure of the day I would be in Miami to receive the car. Tey arranged for my car to be stored just in case I wasn't there to receive it. B&T is honest and cares about the customer. They responded immediately during a time when most carriers were swamped with auto auction work. The car was picked up promptly at our home and delivered less than 2 days later to our daughter.
