To whom it may concern, Your assistant service manager Rene Sazo. This gentleman is truly an asset to your company. I brought my 2010 Chevy Malibu in to have it serviced today he was extremely attentive to my needs and I received excellent and prompt service. I was in and out in less than an hour. He even took the time to listen to me concerning the recent passing of my mother and didn't in the least make me feel as though he was in a rush to get to his next customer. He is truly a wonderf... The reason that I have started going to Rydell is because of Rene Sazo. He used to be at Keyes, and when he left so did I as well as a number of other cutomers. Rene is honest, fare, helpful and a darn nice guy. You're lucky to have him. Read More »

My service adviser, Arnold Manasse, was extremely friendly and helpful. I plan on requesting him the next time my truck requires service. On a slightly negative note - I really miss the car wash that you used to provide with service. I wish you could find a way to bring that back. I would even be inclined to pay the going rate for car washes if that could be made an additional add-on service. Great service, I own a 2007 Avalanche LTZ it was rear ended badly, bent the frame, while it was in the body shop I mentioned the fading of the rear body panels, The body shop replaced the frame and service fixed the faded panels under warranty, when I left my truck was perfect. We had a great experience with THEO at Rydell when we recently purchased our (barely) used car! Great dealership that doesn't bargain--the price is the price, and in our case it was much lower than we found elsewhere. So much lower we figured there was a mistake in the ad! They let us 'borrow' the car for the day, they have an amazing 7-day return policy and everyone was really nice. Enjoyed AL the Mgr as well. Highly recommend for a pleasant car buying experience. I'm so frustrated when I go to a place to get my car serviced and find they use "scare tactics" to get me to have more work done, telling me that I need to get extra work done which is unnecessary and that if I don't do it "I could be in trouble." We all have experienced this. Even when I go for simple oil changes. NOT THIS PLACE!! Since I moved to LA in 2005 this has been the ONLY service center NOT to play the "you need more work" game. Placed an internet order for parts with the assurance that communication about the order would be forthcoming. That is NOT the case. Other than the return email with the order details, delays in parts orders are NOT communicated to the customer. I've also talked to them twice by phone and have gotten conflicting information each time. I would NOT recommend these people when purchasing GM parts over the internet. Read More »
