DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS. THEY SEND OUT JUNK MAIL MARKETING TELLING YOU THAT AFTER "REVIEW" THEY NOTICE THERE ARE "PROBLEMS" WITH MY MORGTAGE. THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T DO ANY "REVIEWS" AS THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH MY MORTGAGE AND WHEN YOU CALL AND ASK TO BE TAKEN OFF THEIR JUNK MAIL LIST, THEY EITHER HANG UP THE PHONE OR TRY TO TALK YOU INTO REFINANCING WITH THEM EVEN THOUGH I MADE IT CLEAR I WANTED NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM, THEN THEY HANG UP. I have owned my condo for 10 and had a terrible loan. Bryan Campbell, one of the partners, had set me up with a great loan and when the market turned even better, he worked hard to get me an even lower interest rate. He doesn't just plug in numbers. He keeps track of the market and alerts his clients when things have improved. He does not do re-fis without being positive that at the end of the day, I will be better off doing the work. Have refi'ed or purchased at least 10 times in last 25 yr's and this was the best experience I've had to date!!! The Company told me what to expect and when they thought it would close... and it all happened, no surprises. We locked in a great rate and closed on time. Had some trouble with the old lender getting a simple "payoff" to us in a timely manner but the PFN representative took the point and got it resolved before our lock ran out. I refinanced my 30 year fixed into a 15 year fixed. I am very happy with the outcome, my loan officer was able to get me a phenomenal rate and helped guide us along the way, they communicated well. I live in California and have a high balance loan. The loan took about a month to close. We had to disclose a lot of documentation but because of the past financial meltdown this is the new norm.
