Unfortunately, my experience with Crestline has been quite frustrating. I have a very simple transaction - refinance with no cash out, extremely small amount, excellent credit; believe me, it couldn't be much easier. I started this process in the middle of July and now, two months later, I am still waiting for the loan to close - unbelievable! I highly recommend Sam Chiu (Sr. Loan Consultant) at Crestline Funding. I heard a radio advertisement on KFI640 that sounded great and I gave Sam a call based on other reviews that I read online. Initially there were a few hiccups with the expeditious processing of my loan. I was extremely dissatisfied with Crestline and their service and I wrote a negative review. Within 24 hours of the negative review, I received a call from Crestline Manager Greg Norquist. I have some - let's call it "challenging" credit. I've called a number of companies and gone into the bank to get some assistance with refinancing our home. When I verbally tell them my situation, they all say the same thing, "sure we can help!" Or, "no problem, we finance anyone!"
