I bought an XM radio aat my local Radio Shack which mostly worked but then quit working in July 09, three weeks before the warranty was expired. Their guy at CS said they would get back to me with the replacement information. Never heard from them again except when I called them only to get a different robot who told me how important their customers are and then said they would do something to make things right.
