Just had a very unpleasant exchange with a manager from Go Acupuncture named Daniel. He was short, curt and showed no concern for me the customer. He only spoke of his bottom line. The reviews you may read on their website are obviously plants, as there is no opportunity to submit feedback and warnings about their policies. I've purchased more than a few orders from UPC through their online store, GoAcupuncture before, so when I planned to visit the States during Christmas of last year I decided to stop by their physical location in San Gabriel to see what they had to offer.
