I have purchased Johnson engineered white oak forevertuff from a local retail store in Van Nuys and the floor at first looked nice and my wife and I had the impression that this floor will be permanent but after three months of use the entire floor was dented and scratched up. BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT BACK UP THEIR PRODUCT OR HONOR WARRANTY!!!Purchased wood floating floor. Absolutely beautiful. That is until you walk on them. They crackle as if you were walking on peanut shells. Had them installed in entire downstairs. Unbearable sound. They crack when my cat walks on them!
