I have used this company multiple times for myself and purchased tickets for friends. No problem. When I email them my questions are answered promptly. The prices are vey competitive. Once I book with them I go to the actually web sights for the company I'm flying with and check my flight and make sure my seats are the ones Iv chosen. Don't buy tickets hastily. BT has consistently had the best prices, and their customer service actually answers promptly and has been unfailingly helpful, even when we've had to ask them to go out of policy a little. I booked a ticket with Best Travel Store just recently to go to Sydney, when I arrived at the airport to check-in for my flight, Qantas airways could not find my ticket.. . this was unbelievable! I called Best travel store and spoke to a guy working there by the name of Adam and he was able to find my ticket right away. Hace unos dias regrese de mi viaje a Madrid, compre mis boletos con BTS y la experiencia fue maravillosa. No solo pude cumplir mi sueño de conocer España pero BTS hizo que mi viaje fuera perfecto y sin contratiempos. From the so called "Best Travel Store" (http://www.bt-store.com/) We bought ticket online with right passenger name. On the receipt in the return email, the name was right too. However, when we arrived at the airport, the passenger's first name got totally wrong. According to the check-in manager, it was this agent who gave the wrong name. Recomiendo este website para comprar boletos a Latinoamerica, tienen muy buenos precios y el servicio es excelente. Yo compre boletos para viajar a mi pais durante el verano, la pagina esta en español y el proceso para hacer la reservacion fue muy facil y sin complicaciones. Luego me enviaron mi boleto por correo electronico, simplemente tuve que imprimirlo y llevarlo al aeropuerto. I had a great experience while purchasing my tickets on line with Best Travel Store. First of all they were the cheapest I could find, and believe me I searched. Second was the ease of their website. I had a couple questions, went to FAQ and there the answers were. They are very thorough with payments and have secure site which is extremely important to me. I was initially hesitant about making such a large purchase through a company I had never heard of before, so the second I got my e-ticket I contacted the airline. They verified that my record locator was valid and I was booked on the seat I had picked on the bt-store website seat map. If I had booked my trip through those other "cheap" travel sites, I would have been paying nearly $300 more! Next time I travel internationally, I'll check bt-store first. Read More »

BUYER BEWARE!!! Least reputable travel service I have dealt with on the web. Advertise low fares, and AFTER you've completed the purchase, they send you an email with a new higher price - my purchase price nearly doubled. However, they still advertise the lower price on their website. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS TRAVEL WEBSITE. It is in violation of Regulation Z: Truth in Advertising. It advertises low fares and lures you to purchase from them, only to turn around later and tell you that it cannot honor and ticket the low fare you purchased with your credit card and offer you the same itinerary but with a much higher fare.
