As a mortgage loan officer, I believe credit scores are 100% indicative of how people manage their lives and finances. The higher the score, the less debt they have, the less negative credit reporting and, in many cases, the more they have planned for the future. This is the worst financing company, I have ever had to deal with. The representatives are rude, and unprofessional, that is if you are able to get in contact with a representative that actually works in the United States, without having to be on hold for over 30 minutes. I made my payment on October 16th and as long as the payment is made before the end of the month it should not be credit reported. Capital one in the begining was a great company, since i had a over limit fee and a past due fee its been a nightmare, cant talk to any of the tephone reps because they allways give the hardest times. Very unhappy with the company, DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY!!!!! Read More »

Well my card was fraudulantly attempted to be used to purchase something from the U.K. they stopped the transaction and cancelled the card which was good. How ever since the account had been cancelled it has been a nightmare. After speaking with about 15 different call center reps and spending a few hours on hold and a missed payment and late fees later....my problems have gotten worse.My first bill since the cancellation of the first card and suspension for missed payment on the newly issued...
