The higher the score, the less debt they have, the less negative credit reporting and, in many cases, the more they have planned for the future. Bad things happen to good people all the time, and that is 100% understandable.... A continual pattern of bad or good habits is very indicative of anyone's credit score.

The representatives are rude, and unprofessional, that is if you are able to get in contact with a representative that actually works in the United States, without having to be on hold for over 30 minutes. I made my payment on October 16th and as long as the payment is made before the end of the month it should not be credit reported. How ever since the account had been cancelled it has been a nightmare.
