I purchased some items (carved letters) for a baby shower and 3 weeks later by the time of that baby shower, found out that the order has not been shipped. The explanation I received was that there is a 4 week wait for this special order of which I was allegedly advised somewhere on the website. I requested that the order be canceled but they said they didn't do that and that I would definitely receive the order in 4-5 weeks. Horrible customer service! My order was shipped a MONTH after I ordered it, by that time the baby had outgrown it! Their customer service reps were unapologetic and refused any kind of credit or refund. I would recommend you shop anywhere else! Read More »
