REVISION: I was contacted shortly after posting this review from someone at the company. They wanted to make things right. After a length discussion, they felt we deserved a fairly substantial refund. I commend them for reaching out to us in an effort to ease the sting of the large disparity between the quote and final price. Hi, I just wanted to let you know what a great job Fernando and Salimon did on Saturday with our move. I was very nervous about the glass table. They did a terrific job packing it up and putting it back together along with the care they took with the rest of the move. I would recommend using both of them again. After a dreadful experience with another moving company last year I was somewhat concerned when I called you because I got your name from a third party whom I didn't know. So I trusted in luck, but this time it really paid off. Your quote was reasonable and your service was wonderful. You came exactly on time to pick up our things. Highly Recommended for all !!! I'm still busy unpacking boxes and cleaning, I had to move 4 bedroom house. I couldn't let another day go by without saying "THANK YOU!" and simply tell all how happy I was about my experience and with your excellent moving crew. They were very professional. Mike was awsome. Always answered my questions honestly. Very hard work ethic. Take a vacation Mike!haha I moved from Van Nuys to colorado he let me know when my belongings would get here and they did. Anybody who has complaints don't realize that company's are not perfect, things happen, but at least My American Movers are honest and very hard working.
