I cannot express my frustration enough regarding my experience with Attorney Krohn & Moss. From start to finish, it has been an absolute nightmare. I sought their legal expertise in a case against Tesla. We settled on Lemon Law case and Tesla did not reimburse me fully for the vehicle. Terrible company that touts their big bad winning percentage and success rate but doesn't give two damns about their customers. The whole process has been about how much money they can get for themselves, we are taking a huge loss as the customer but at least Krohn & Moss can collect all of their fees which btw TRIPLED over night unexpectedly and without without warning right at the end when it was time to collect a check. After a few years of using this firm for 4-5 different collection cases, sending them many clients as well, allowing them to make money off me, it has come to goodbye. I can not get reply's to a question (Wheres my settlement), no return calls, no return emails. SO i email the 2 partners directly to express concern and complain, got me no where at all. When I contacted them they called and said they would take my case. I was told they would draft a complaint and file it in Federal Court. So I agree to this. The only problem is they never filed it with the court. Instead they contacted the Debt collector and worked out a settlement. They ended up receiving almost $2500 which settled in less than two months. They claimed to have almost 13 hours of time. I very doubt this to be true. Krohn and Moss are is a great law firm that has gotten me 1 settlement of 375 dollars and three more for 500 dollars to violations of the Fair Collection Act. This will teach credit card collection agencies to mess with me. Read More »

I had a debt collector (NCO) hounding me for a year. They got the calls to stop and I received $750.00 to boot. Their fees were paid by them too so I didn't have to pay anything. The case settled in about 6 weeks and they were very responsive. Read More »

I had a great experience with them. I got behind on my Chase credit card. When they started calling me at work, that was it. I signed with Krohn and Moss and in a month, they settled my case. Chase fully forgave my balance and paid their attorneys fees. I really didn't have to do anything and got a call a month later to my gleeful surprise! Read More »

I was hounded for almost a year by a collection agency regarding an old medical debt,even though I had settled with the Urgent Care clinic back in 2008. I kept telling them this,even getting written proof, yet they still claimed the medical clinic was coming after me for the difference. I had a great experience with Krohn & Moss, Ltd. I had a debt collector that was hounding me every day. They got the calls to stop, CLEARED UP MY CREDIT and got me $750.00 on top of that. All of there fees were paid by the debt collector and i paid them nothing. They were fast to respond to my emails and Natasha (the paralegal I worked with) was very professional and enjoyable to work with. I would definately recommend them. Read More »

Krohn and Moss took more than a year to retrieve monetary damages of $500 for a defective laptop but in the end received thousands of dollars by dragging out the process for their benefit, not ours. If your lemon law item is small, such as in our case, do not use their service. They have a MINIMUM litigation fee of $2650.00 regardless of how little time initially is spent on your case.
