Do not buy any products from this company! This fraudulent company use fraudulent selling practice to sell bad quality products. To lure customer with big rebate or FAR (free after rebate). Customer rarely can get rebate check, either the company claims they never receive mails or misuse rebate form or simple deny your rebate without reasons! Do not ever buy anything from this company. They do not honor their rebates by simply telling you they don't get your mail. Even after I called them several times and kept re-sending them all my copies, and they do not reply or respond to any emails. They do not take fax (so that they can tell you your re-submit is also missing because of bad postal service). I bought a product from this company and never received my rebate. I did a websearch and found that there are many others that the same thing happened to. They wouldn't return my email or phone calls. I personally will never buy anything from them again, and would not recommend anyone else to either. This company is HORRIBLE. They do not pay their rebates as promised, their products are so-so, and they do not reply or respond to any emails or phone calls. Stay away from this company at all costs. Total nightmare. Read More »
