This company makes their money off of your dissatisfaction. These wigs have either been through the mill or something is wrong with them. They will happily take them back minus YOU paying the shipping charge, an outrageous stocking fee and miscellaneous of at LEAST $20 +++ extra. On a wig that was showing wefting and a very bristly part ( someone tried to pluck the part and sent back) the wig was deemed in perfect condition and my fees were over $40 on a $150 wig. Although the style of the wig is cute, I had to return it, due to the color not working for me. :( I understand the polices in regards to returns and exchanges. I initially asked for an exchange and received a phone call saying they needed an additional $29.95 to send a replacement... although the REPLACEMENT costs LESS than the original wig I had paid for. I received a clip on bang piece from them and it is nothing like the picture of the item they have on their website. I talking with an associate who said that different screen resolutions could be the culprit. I viewed the image with different computers and phones, none resembled the item I received. I then Googled 'Revlon Clip-Lok Bangs color chart' and found numerous online vendors with the correct color chart, how can they not know that they have the incorrect photos?? I keep asking for... Save your money. Bought an oversize Geisha and they sent me what looks like dreadlocks tied into knots. I've had to wear wigs out of necessity for 16 years--since age 14. This is the absolute WORST online wig purchase I've ever made. They sent me a clearly USED wig and when I tried to exchange for a new, unworn wig, they wanted to charge ME an outrageous restocking fee for THEIR mistake! I ordered a wig online. I received it and it was so bad that I wouldn't have even worn it for Halloween. I boxed it back up and sent it back. I received a credit voucher less the shipping. I called them and ask for my credit card to be credited. They then informed me that there would be a $25.00 re-stocking fee for the wig.
