Sit'n Sleep Delivery people scratched our car with a box-cutter. They caused $500.00 damage and they denied responsibility from minute one. They gave us the run-around for two months: they misled us, avoided our phone calls, they asked for police reports and then they denied any responsibility. We bought a Queen set with a 10 year warranty from SIT & SLEEP *BEWARE! :( The mattress started sinking about 6 months old, but when we called they said it has to be more than 1 1/2 inch deep. When it started sinking about 2 inches 3 months later, we called back. They came to inspect, took pictures, and later told us they couldn't replace it due to the mattress had a small water stain (*from us cleaning it ourselves when it got dirty from moving! 1) Terrible customer service once you buy something 2) They will NOT match anyone's price as the commercial states, so the commercial is complete fraud 3) They say they will ONLY match pricing in Orange or LA county, but they PRIVATE label these beds in these areas so VERY VERY VERY challenging to even find someone with the same bed to compare 4) They will NOT accept returns for PILLOWS or other similar items, so be DOUBLE SURE you are getting what you want even when you are PRESSURED into... Bought a $2500 mattress five years ago after 6 months started getting a dip in it. Seriously had to have someone come out and measure the stupid thing but the dip wasn't big enough so I waited another couple years am now having someone come out and measure the stupid mattress again to see if the dip is big enough for them to replace my mattress. Purchased a futon from this place to use as a sofa and bed,at my daughters, which is what a futon is made for. Within 2 months the mattress started sagging down the back when in sofa position. Me living in KY and purchased this for CA just makes the problem a little more difficult. After the first mattress sagging Sit’N Sleep replaced the mattress with a new on. After 2 months our 'brand new' Miralux Cal King mattress started getting lumpy, extremely uncomfortable. Sit n Sleep sent an 'investigator' out to measure our mattress, and then sent a letter stating our mattress was within the manufacturers guidelines....what does that mean??
