I ordered a Denver Bronco bed sheet set for my son and paid a total of $65 for it. I know that seems steep, but I ordered two NY Yankee bed sheet sets years ago for my boys and found the quality of these sheets very nice. After all these year, they still look new. Can only say that this company may have provided the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Placed an express order and I am still waiting to receive my product or even a shipping confirmation. I own several ecommerce stores and it is generally expected that when an express order is placed that the product should ship the same or next business day depending on what time the order was received. I made an order and they took my money on 1-12-10. I paid an extra $6 or so to have it delivered in 3 days. It is going on 10 days, and I still don't have my merchandise. I wish I had look into this company before ordering! I ordered bedding on 11/24/09...they took the $$ the same day, told me it would ship by 12/4/09. After weeks of waiting, I sent emails, called and tried their live-chat...No response to any. I called my bank and they tried to contact them also and was unable. I Ordered NFL bedding and waited the 4 weeks for delivery which I believed was ludicrous considering this is the 21 century but my 6 year old son was so excited when he saw it I put in the order. It’s now been 6 weeks and my 6 year old is deeply upset and asks me every day when his new Falcons bedspread set is coming which I paid $203 for. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They never answer their phones. One receives an canned email response when attempting to contact them. They sent the wrong item, valued at 1/3 the cost of the original order, AFTER claiming the item was not in stock. The recipient contacted the supplier who said they always had the item in stock. I placed a large order with Sportskids for Denver Broncos bedding and a Champ Bailey fathead. The total was $382, which was taken out of my account immediately (I used my debit card...mistake #1). That was on April 2. Sportskids.com appears to be a fraud. It has a link for Macafee Secure, but it needs to have a Better Business Bureau seal. I purchased a ping pong table on-line that was out of stock on other sites and so I was very excited when sportskids.com did not mention anything about the item being back ordered. This company is a fraud. I placed an order over 5 weeks ago and was supposed to recieve the product within 3 weeks. They will not answer their phone nor emails. I have left numerouse phone messages and they will not return calls. I contacted the BBB and noticed this is not uncommon. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I had a miserable experience with this company. I placed an order on March 20 and it was never delivered. After six weeks I was told that there was a clitch in their system and my order would not be completed. Sportskids billed my credit card and only after 6 (long) calls to their customer service department during a six week period (a horrible experience).
