I have dealt with Richard for approximately 3 years. Within that time he has repaired multiple parts that have failed again within 1-2 weeks of the time of repair. I have not once received the proper legal receipts as enforced by the Bureau of Automotive Repair. I now have an open claim with the bureau against him for fraudulent repairs, and think anyone and everyone would be wise to avoid this place of business.
