No complaints about Monoprice. They are way cheaper then any of the brick and motor electronics stores. They ship all of the products insanely fast and are forever bookmarked on my computer. I don't know where these people come from, but I can tell you that I have had nothing but good experiences with Monoprice. Even when I had browser problems and they billed me multiple times by accident, not only had they put the credit through before I even realized that I had been over-billed and contacted their support, they went a step farther and refunded the whole thing - including what I should have paid for the order! This is the first time I have placed an order with monoprice. I have been installing flat panel screens and installing HT systems for some time and have always used another vendor. Decided to try out monoprice basically because their pricing was very attractive for what wall mounts and cables, etc. I placed my order before 6am on 9/13 and selected overnight delivery. I order a cord for my tv to the computer. I order this item on 8/5/2010, they say that they got the money order on 8/12/10. Every since then it has been saying waiting on money order to clear. They told me it would be three to five business days before it would arrive, when I put my order in, then I talked to what is suppose to be a live person and they told me it would be 1-2 weeks. Monoprice had a breach in their system that allowed all its customers data (including credit card information) to be leaked out. Instead of doing the right thing they have tried to cover it up and admit no fault. Due to their incompetence and lack of ethics, I was put in hard place when my credit card was used fraudulently.
