I have to say that First Wholesale Lending is the most professional mortgage brokerage I have ever come across. They are honest, have the best rates - and I shopped around big time, and really perform. Their level of customer service surpassed all my expectations. My contact, Brian was patient, compassionate & honest. I can't say that about the other millions of lenders that call me or send me deceptive junkmail. I am glad my Higher Power decided to have me talk to him when he made a cold call to me. He has helped me refinance, helped me think about a budget and given me hope that I can survive this horrible real estate market... and be ok with what ever happens. First Wholesale Lending is truely a Firm that has the clients best interest in mind. This was outright, the best financing experience that we have ever encountered. They showed us all of our options and really took the time to educate me and my wife.
