Chose a rush filing and was charged immediately, but a day later I was told that they "didn't get order, but the card was charged." Then to save face they never filed the documents and claimed that the documents were rejected 3 times, but I had to call and email several times to hear about all of this at the end of the day. Mr.Michael Kern is friendly, responsive, efficient and no none sense! We had tried to find the hiding defendant in multiple ways but it was not productive. Frustrated by the lack of information of internet search engine and public record, I contact Mr. Kern a few weeks ago regarding skip-tracing and serving the defendant. At The Law Office Lurie & Park we commend this process server on doing such a good job on the proof of service, especially one involving so many defendant aliases. I work at a law office and accounting firm in Orange County. At times we need to serve clients and find that Kern Legal has come through for us every time. They are aggressive and well informed on the legal procedures necessary to get the job done as soon as possible. I recently had Kern Legal Services serve divorce papers on my wife, and couldn't be more pleased with them. First of all, I was surprised to find their corporate office is in Los Angeles. I naturally assumed they were out of Kern County. The individual I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful. Kern Legal Services is prompt, efficient, affordable, and provides highly-personalized, and wise, service. I've used them for all of my service-of-process matters.
