First time purchase - but received product ordered at less than half of the manufacturer's retail price, so we ordered 2. Product appears to be the same or comparable quality. Shipping was fast. It took me a while to track down why in the past few months the same card kept getting hit with fraudulent purchases. The same card gets shared around our office for a few things. I finally figured it out when, while attempting to buy supplies from Sun Data Supply, our office manager used a brand new card with no other purchases. Same problem as Debra - May 18-20 period shortly after a purchase we were contacted by both Wells Fargo and the Retailer where the criminal attempted use of the card for a significant purchase was made are collaborating with me. This is criminal and will be addressed! Read More »

Buyers be cautious. As secretary of Auburn Bible Chapel I have ordered toner cartridges and toner drums for our copy machine. The first order came and everything was fine. The next order using the church card resulted in a fraud on that card a few days later. The next order after that using a new church charge card that was issued to me resulted in a fraud on that church a few days after the order.
