After the tsunami, there was a big issue with customer account cancellations by mistake and billing errors. Then, I reactivated my account on June 30th hoping for a month's access. What I got was 1 night's access. They bill an entire month if you reactivate in that month on any date, even the last night. So I paid 12.95 for 1 night's access. Recently (Feb, 2009) I had a billing issue (double billed for monthly services), and I called their support number, tried to have it removed and the first tier support refused to do anything but read a script to me.
