I have claimed my $100 several times and they made me jump through all those hoops. After providing them the lease they came back 5 months later asking for a guest card from the landlord. My landlord doesn't have a guest card and wrote on the application 'Walk In'. The end of the story is that I never got my $100 and will never ever get it. Beware of this company! Read More »

this company says 100 dollars if you rent from rent.com. referral. I did and got the shart. They make it as difficult as possible to claim your reward. I still havent gotten mine. Be wary of this bogus offer Read More »

Takes 3-4 month to get $100 "reward" card. I never received card because i moved and they would not send me a replacement reward card. They said that it's activated and expired (3 months after issuing). They confirmed that funds were NOT used but still would NOT send my a replacment card! I keep telling them that I NEVER received the card they keep saying that i MUST have since it's activated. BTW, California has a "no expiration on gift cards" law.
