Only two stars so some people will read and not think it is a slam. Order for Christmas on Dec 10 for Christmas as they said they could make it. It did not. It never made it. No order number provided or tracking fee. Called customer service. They states that the back was returned to sender, since they say on their website that it would be sent UPS, but agent said it went UPS. Order was not received back by them, it has been 8 weeks. Here are there reviews... also check BBB ranking "BAD" Talked to company said if you read fine print they are allowed up to 5 days to process!!! It's a joke! Spent $270, Paid extra for S&H and I didn't get a tracking # until 4 days later, I really don't think they started on my order until I inquired. Their sizes are wayyyy off! And when you get some of the items the material looks cheap and with one hand wash will fall apart.
