I rent an office in a building on Hawthorne Blvd. near Skypark, in Torrance, CA...Water started dripping from the ceiling on Thursday at 11am. it soon turned into a waterfall. We used trash cans to catch as much water as we could for 4 hours until the leak was stopped by the plumber. 4 ceiling tiles were destroyed, two walls soaked and 8 square feet of carpet soaked. Our Property Management/Real Estate Company has used Advanced Environmental several times over the past 5 years. Ray Castro and his crew are extremely reliable, dependable, thorough, and most important, trustworthy. I am an Industrial Hygienist and have been focussing on mold inspections in Southern California for ten years. I have come across many remediation companies in the past and many should not be even doing this kind of work. I can say that Advanced Environmental is one of the BEST companies out there. I have been working with Advanced Environmental for about 5 years now. I have found their quality of work to be well above average for the industry. Also, my understanding is that their prices are comparable to the industry. Plus, they are highly ethical and do not take advantage of anyone. They're nice people too.
