I never buy anything from the Sunday newspaper coupon supplement but the cool and comfortable triple stretch bra did get my attention. I ordered two Triple Stretch and then two cooling bras. My mother ordered 3 bras on 4/11. Her CC was charged the same day and the website said "GUARANTEED to be SHIPPED within 24-48 hours of ordered date". FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! 5 days and 12 calls later, her bras are still sitting in the warehouse. Everything about this company is a joke. Every single item that I ordered was junk, and their customer service is even worse. Specifically, these are the items I ordered and the problems with them: (1) Zippered Compression Stockings (Item# 84563) - The only reason I ordered these stockings is because the description specifically said they had 20-30 mmHg compression, but they are not even close. I placed an order on 11/21/2016 for Norwegian Knit Ankle Boots. I was suppose to receive this order in 5-7 days, even had this order expedited to receive in time for Christmas. Never received my order. After 30 days I asked for a refund. I am waiting. Crazy thing is they sent it by FedEx and then gave it to the USPS to deliver to my address on the last entry. I saw these loafers (slippers)in an add and decided to buy 2 pair for my husband and 1 pair for me. When I received them, the quality was not the same as shown in the picture. Far from it. The flap on one of my slippers was sown to the sole of the shoe. They were much too large and the soles had gaps. I returned all 3-pairs, the next day in the original packaging. I took a package of "memory foam" slippers to UPS to be returned to Dream Products in Chatsworth, Calif. The slippers, which were men's large for sizes 11-12, are way too small. They cost $16.97 plus $3.95 for shipping and handling. The UPS fee was $11.98 so if I get a refund of $16.97, I will end up with $4.99. So last Thursday I posted about cheap bras but decided to keep them because after reading posts it seemed more hassle than it's worth and the cost I already paid for shipping and then shipping back....so I decide to keep the 3 cheap front hook sleep bras & do what the instructions say, wash before wearing, well now 2 of 3 bras are useless. I just received my order, 3 sleep bras and they were nothing what I was expecting, I guess for under $8 each, you get what you pay for....you pay cheap, you get cheap. Considering what it will cost to mail back, after already paying $3.95 to ship to me, I will just keep them. Memory Foam slippers with toe alignments...what a joke! Shoddy materials...could have bought them from the dollar shop. 'Shoes Under'...again flimsy material (glad it was bogo). Sleep bras may have worked if they fit. Didn't even bother trying to return my order as it would cost me in postage anyway. I will never order from this company again. I just called this company about a pair of slippers my son bought for me 2 weeks ago. The slippers were the most comfortable thing I have ever put on my feet but I had a minor problem with the stitching coming apart after only 2 weeks of wear. After calling I am informed it takes 2 weeks for them to get the order, 1 week for them to fill the order, and another week to two weeks for delivery. I ordered 3 sets of the magnetic windshield covers. The description said they were made of heavy duty plastic and had built in magnets. In fact the plastic is no better than a 50 gal black trash bag and the magnets come separate with sticky tape. Not only were they not as advertised but they are not worth the price they are charging. I have made 1 purchase with this company and will never purchase anything from them again. The product in their catalog seems like a great product, but after receiving it, the quality is cheaper then what you would normally find at the "dollar store". Even if you were to return the product, they would still make a profit from the S&H charges.
