I ordered a 2.10 carat diamond engagement ring. When it came in, it was beautiful. However, upon inspection, it had some visible inclusions that could clearly be seen. I was supposed to receive an SI grade diamond, which according to World Jewel's website, inclusions should not be seen with the naked eye when mounted in jewelry. Ordered a ring on 05-01. As of 05-19, ring not shipped. Used shipping address as issue. ring was paid for 05-01. Asked for a refund and not yet received ring or refund. I paid for the ring, advised when ordered it needed to be sent to my work address. If those terms were not acceptable, then they should have never confirmed order, taken money. I ordered the 14K Gold His & Hers Diamond Ring .85 TCW this guys ring is very very thin and was not happy with it. Returning it I was to recive a refund of $125, that refund it late. It should have been in my account 5-9-2008 and as of 5-12-2008 it is still not there. Read More »

We ordered our wedding rings from World Jewels. I was a little skeptical about ordering jewelry off the internet, but they had what we were looking for at the best price. They quality was bad and getting my money back is even harder. I have not recieved my money yet. I told the customer service person that the web site said that a person will get their money back within 5-10 bus days. I have gone past that time. The customer sevice people said to bad.
