Alan ( the owner) came out and did a very through inspection that the other guy said he did and found the true problem with my unit. He was very curteious and explained everything so we could understand. He even advised us on how to get more out of our unit by updating the 25 year old ducting that I had no clue about. He did not pressure us or try to sell us anything, he simply came and did his job, and very well at that. Highly recommend! Read More »
