I had to complete a legal agreement and needed a California grant deed right away. For a total of about $30 (roughly $15 to join the monthly subscription and $15 for the deed) I was able to instantly download the critical document. Yes, that is more than I would like to pay for a single deed, but there was no time to wait weeks for the County Recorder.
