Upon receiving estimates I came across some very concerning factors that raised several red flags. I didnt notice I was calling the same company at first as they had different gentlemen answer. I am fighting with inventor Michael Eugene Christopher, the owner of many sunroom companies in California and Nevada. His companies are like the snakes with 100 heads. They change their names like changing hats. Patio Depot, The Patio Depot, Sunrooms, California Sunroom Pro, California Sunroom Pros, California Sunroom Pros a Nevada Corporation. I've been in the tile business for the last three years, and now that I'm retiring from it I can be honest about some of the vendors I've worked with. From a professional standpoint, Patio Depot is very hit or miss. The good: Beautiful showroom Gorgeous, unique, high quality products Appropriate prices based on quality Great reps for vendors like where I worked The bad: Horrendous customer service...even being in the field I have yet to call an order in and not be put on hold for at least 5-1... Over the course of the project, Patio Depot did work that was not discussed, not approved, not part of the original quote, and then demanded payment for it. He proved to be completely unreliable and dishonest. The project took three times longer than anticipated. The front steps cracked and sagged after only five years, creating a severe safety issue; they had to be completely demolished and rebuilt.
