Honestly WORST printing company I have ever dealt with! Now after looking at reviews, I'm mad that I even gave them an opportunity. I placed my order for 2,000 flyers 4/22/20. I selected 5 day shipping to ensure they would be here before 5/1. Well it's 4/30 and they haven't even been shipped! I contacted customer service. Which was HORRIBLE by the way. All I can say is I am extremely disappointed. Here's my story. I'd bought from PrintRunner in the past. I had bought a total of 5 batches of stickers from them, and only really had a problem with one. When I got the stickers, they were cut very unevenly, and the color was pretty far off. I needed business cards fast and this was about the only place I could find "next day". Turns out that mean 2-3 days even for pick up but they tell you that before ordering so that's not where the stars were lost. I tried to contact them about speeding up my order but there was no one available. I order brochures, business cards and occasionaly flyers and postcards from them for my graphic design/advertising business and have to be honest to say that this company has the best print quality, really good customer service and always on time. Although, they had some problems last year where my order went missing in Septmeber and I had to call him to recover it, they've stepped up their work and every single order since last December has been great (17 orders so far this year)! I have had great experiences with Print Runner. I have used them personally, for my Graphic Design business and also for my job as a Graphic Designer for a small industrial company. Most recently, I needed a large format brochure that I couldn't get printed locally because of the size and the turnaround time I needed. I had a horrible experience with this company. They lost my first order in their computer system within 4 hours of ordering, I reordered, they charged my credit card immediately. I wanted to see an email proof before printing and the email proofs they were all wrong. I wanted to cancel the order because I was under a deadline to get the product but the Manager said he would personally see this product would get out the door in time. I have had a terrible experience with this company. Their website is incredibly difficult to use. I spent two days on the phone with tech support and they STILL got my order wrong, only sent me half of it, and wanted to charge me for a cancellation when I told them to forget aboout the rest.
