Long story short, I ordered a fan on Jan 20 and on March 12 disputed the charge with my credit card company. Ben Melamend is not sloppy, he is a damn liar! Stay as far away as you can. Also check Resellers Reviews for a real eye opener. I wish I had. Read More »

I am a contractor. I order some reaccessed lights housing, trim for the lights and a dimmer. I made the order over the phone and was told the order would ship in the morning. A week later I called to check the status of my order and was told that it was on its way. That was a lie!!! I got an email three days later with the tracking info - package was shipped 10 days after I placed the order. The worst of the worst. They lie, deceive, ignore, and hide. Six weeks later and I still don't have my order. They even gave me someone else's tracking number to make it look like my order shipped. Stay away. Read More »

I placed an order with this company not knowing their reputation beforehand. After waiting for two weeks to get some type of status on my order via email or their on-line order status page, I decided to call.
