I have experienced the worst customer service from any company in my life so far. I received a pair of shoes which do not fit. I have tried multiple times to contact the company by email, phone, and through my credit card company, regarding an exchange for 2 months with no response. As it stands I have a $435 pair of shoes I cannot wear and no way to make an exchange. I would advise shopping elsewhere. Dale Read More »

I purchased two items from dellamoda.com back in June. Delivery was immidate. Infact my package when out the very same day. I was kept informed on every step of this transaction including the exact day of my delivery. The shoes and the matching handbag were original and in perfect brand new condition. Sneaky, Lying, Misleading, Unreliable Online Merchant I am currently residing in Australia and placed an order in early September for a pair of Prada shoes (supposed to be made in Italy) and a Ferragamo bag.
