360 Remodeling was a horrifying experience. The contractor, Lazaro is an incompetent self serving liar who only shows up when he can't lie his way out of a promise. He and General Manager _Frank, make promises without ever showing up to investigate customer complaints. We hired 360 Remodeling to apply their 60 Elasto-ArmorCote® exterior coating to our house and to install a DuraCool patio cover. The sales rep, David Grams, came to our house and showed us a video of the exterior coating process and explained that before the exterior coating was applied to the house the wood would be refinished to remove all imperfections and stucco would be made to look like new. My wife and I met 360 Remodeling at the Orange County Fair in August of 2010 and scheduled an appointment for a free estimate on new windows. The salesman who came to our home (Danny) was very informative and professional. We had previous estimates from other companies and we were pleasantly surprised at how competitively priced they were so we decided to move forward. I had a positive experience with this company. They installed new kitchen granite countertops and tile back splash after first removing the existing tile. I am pleased with the outcome. The final product looks great. There were a couple of issues that came up during the process, but I was told that they would make things right. They kept their word.
