Capital Holdings, Inc. is very transparent company. It gives full disclosure on the company,and the land it sells. The broker, Jet Sison, educates clients on the pros and cons of land buying and land ownership based on her experiences and thorough research. She is an author and philantropist. I went to different land companies and it was only this company Capital Holdings Inc.gave me satisfaction and learn everything to understand before buying land. The owner, Mrs. Sison is very honest to explain those factors to consider before buying land. She advised us clients to think many times before buying land and make sure we have extra budget for it and will not suffer our foods over the table.
