The course itself is simple. The problem is the business side. This "company" does not answer emails, or phone calls. If you purchase something, then change your mind, too bad. There is no way to cancel. There is no way to check your order and make changes. There is no one at the other end of the "contact us" links. There is no live chat. There is no email response. I decided to use TeenDrivingCourse for the drivers ed class so I can get my licence. I am only around lesson 5 into it. But every time I take the tests after each lesson I get marked wrong for questions that I got right I even went back through the lessons to confirm what the answer was suppose to be and that I was right. We also were caught in the 180 day "clause" and had to pay an additional fee to continue the course. Now that we have finished the course they won't issue the certificate! They say it was lost in the mail. So, I paid to have a second certificate sent 3 day express. Six days later after no certificate, I called and they say FedEx won't deliver to my house! PARENTS BE ADVISED VERY CAREFUL DUE TO BAIT AND SWITCH FROM TEEN DRIVING COURSE @ Teendrivingcourse.com ~ They advertises on their FAQ's link ~ #6. The website, teendrivingcourse.com, has a ceratin "referral program". In this referral program, it states that you recieve $15 for each persons that you have referred. I referred a friend, and received a $5 check in the mail. After about the 10th time calling, no exaggeration, I was finally patched through to the supervisor, Lodi.
