My overall experience with this company was terrible starting from technical difficulties with their servers being down for days thus causing my test to be invalidated several times (In one occasion, their web site went down in the middle of my test. In another occasion, even though I was under the time limit of the test when I completed it, the system failed my test.) The course on getdefensive.com is OK. I'd say mediocre at best, pretty slow and outdated, but better than going in person to do the course. My problem with this company is not the course, or the fact that the delivery was messed up, it's simply because the "customer service" is OUTRAGEOUS. I've worked in customer service forever, I've even been one of those call center agents.
