Received the correct item, however it was defective. Due to needing the product quickly before a trip, I went ahead an purchased it locally and dealt with the return when I got home. Wrong product was shipped no talk button as advertised. Company is a complete scan and definitly not customer friendly. You call, no answer. You click on-line chat no answer. I paid extra money for expedited shipping to only receive the wrong items. then after I sent several emails and several days later I finally receive a response requesting pictures. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this vendor. I ordered an iPad sleeve. When it came I saw it was much too large for the iPad and looked to be sized for a netbook. I did a live customer service chat and Ted said I received the wrong item. He said he was sending out a replacement that day, along with a prepaid mailing label to return the wrong one. when i received my package the contents within appeared to be tampered with and incomplete. I have tried to contact the company everyday since the day i placed the order. This place is horrible. They sent me the wrong items then after a week of arguing with them they sent me half of my order and sent me USED products. The customer service is really bad and they reply a day after every time, the shipping took about a week even though I’m located 40 minutes away, and they don't send the items you order. Recently purchased 5 iPhone related items from this company's website 'handhelditems.com'. They sent me a email asking me to write a review on their website regarding the items I purchased. I had never even visited this website until an unauthorized charge for $219 was pending in my bank account from handhelditems.com!? Because this was a pending charge that had not yet been posted to my account my bank told me to contact the company to notify them that it was fraudulent and to have it removed before it was posted to my account. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Placed an order with them but after finding my lost item, I immediately emailed them to cancel my order. I rec'd a confirmation email stating that they stopped the order in process and my money would be refunded. Of course that never happened and obviously never will. THIS COMPANY IS CROOKED! Seriously don't order from these people. My card was charged but no tracking number was ever sent. Same problems everybody else has reported. My card was charged on January 10, 2009 and I was provided a USPS tracking number, but the USPS shows no record of anything ever being shipped. No response to emails... telephone calls answer with "mailbox full... goodbye" and then disconnected. This company is a fraud and complete rip-off. Don't even consider them! Paid extra for expedited shipping. Never recieved items ordered. Sent several email to customer service with no response. Tried to call for four days and got recording "that box is full, good bye".
