These guys don't really do a great job. For the money I paid, it didn't come out well. They constantly harassed me on the phone to get my windows done, I gave in and let them, and they totally screwed up my windows. I don't want to do court proceedings because that will just take too much on my time which I don't have. If anyone reads this, Equity Exterior Inc. is not a good company. this company has great employees, their nice and welcoming well majority of them, although i dont agree of the door to door canvassing, try telemarketing. my brother just recently bought windows after a young lady canvassed his house. just try a different method and get more people like that young lady. My mother was dealing with this company to have windows put in and they said they would be here between 6pm and 7pm. And why so late with the times. The called that night saying that the guy who was measuring the windows was stuck in traffic and asked to reschedule. They did for the next day for 2pm. I took time off work to stay home for my mother and they never showed. I called them and they said that they were waiting for the approval to go ahead with the windows and that they were going to... I recently had all of my windows upgraded to energy efficient and installed by Equity Exterior. They gave me a great deal and everyone there were very kind and kept in touch with me during the whole process. It only took three weeks for the windows to be ordered and installed into my home. Once the windows were installed, the crew cleaned up and hauled all of my old windows away. It only took one day to install all 15 windows in my home.
