First of all Mr. Javier Garcia for RRS company needs be look, act professional at all times when u try to collect a debt. This person who rep RRS needs to stop being very aggressive towards me and my family. Sometimes its hard to keep up with are bills and we have enuff stress to deal with this madness. Very rude-especially this guy by the name of Michael Molina-his supervisor was also very rude-they BOTH used foul language, had no form of professionalism. I tried to work with them all I received was insult after insult-they definitely give a bad reputation as collectors and should not be calling people for any amount of debt and disrespect them in the way they do. This collection agency contaced me asking for a more that 300 dollar debt that I owe to Western Dental. I told them that WD was billing me since a long time ago with charges that I didn't owe. They failed to make an accurate estimation in may son's dental work. They said that may share was 40 dollars and that the insurance will cover the remaining expenses for the dental treatment. I contacted this company on 7/27/09.The staff are extremely disrespectful. Several of the account representatives yelled at me on the phone and refused to close my account if I did not pay the interest!!!The debt was for the amount of $187.00 and the interest amount was $75.00. That is ridiculous!!! They indicated that I could pay what ever I wanted but it would not come off of my credit until I paid the interest.
