Based on the description on their web site, I expected to receive 2 tickets in the front row in the center of the Mezzanine. At the time, tickets for
this show were still available near the rear of the center Orchestra section from Ticketmaster. The cost to buy the Orchestra seats was only a little more than the marked up price for the Mezzanine seats on Razorgator. I JUST RETURNED FROM A FRUSTRATING TRIP TO LAS VEGAS, WHERE I INTENDED TO SEE ANDREA BOCELLI ON DECEMBER THE 1OTH, 2011 AT MGM GRAND ARENA. I BOUGHT THE TICKETS FROM THESE IN AUGUST. THEY MAILED ME THE TICKETS 3 DAYS BEFORE THE CONCERT. AT THE GATES THE TICKETS DIDN´T GO THROUGH THE SCANNER. THEY WERE COUNTERFEITS! BETTER GO TO TICKETMASTER. I´M WARNING YOU! DON´T BUY FROM RAZORGATOR! Read More »

Michelle A. posted a review

RazorGator completely ruined my chance for the Kid Rock concert in Memphis, TN. Their guarantee said if they couldn't fill my tickets that I would get equal or better tickets. But then I got an email saying my tickets were not available (that I had already purchased) and they asked me to call. I called and they tried to give me WAY worse tickets!!!! In the nose bleed section!!! I told them I wanted equal or better tickets and they said they couldn't do it. I just want to advise people that unfortunately a lot of customer complaints come from uneducated consumers. It’s no secret Razorgator is a ticket broker, which is the licensed legal practice of re-selling tickets at a premium. Obviously, if you can get tickets at the box office or Ticketmaster that’s always going to be the best price but unfortu... Read More »

Chris B. posted a review

I must agree with everyone else who has posted here. You often know what you're getting into when you purchase tickets second hand, but this company seems to have more then their fair share of problems. From mis-placed orders, to exorbitant fees, to selling tickets in different locations then advertised, I have given up razor gator for good, and you should do the same.

Find your tickets anywhere else Read More »

Mike M. posted a review

I have purchased tickets from RazorGator for a sold out NBA basketball game the last 2 days before the game. The tickets were very reasonable prices, considering that I used a RazorGator discount code I got from http://ktowntickets.com/RazorGator-Discounts.html. The tickets arrived on time well before the event, and we got in just fine, and enjoyed the game. Thanks for the safe and fun experience RazorGator. Read More »

William Z. posted a review

Do not even think about buying tickets from here. It's like the "McDonalds" of the internet. Something will be messed up with your order. I think they make it a point to see that everybody's order is wrong in some way!

I placed my order for a moderate savings off of the official event website priced. Received an update e-mail telling me my tickets are unavailable, and that I need to call them. In this call they told me I would need to pay an extra $230 to get the available ticket, which is $... Read More »

Edward J. posted a review

Can you say scalper? Even if they don't buy up lots of tickets and then sell them at exorbitant prices, they enable others to do so. Tickets are often priced 2 or 3 times what they're actually worth. Better to go to Ticketmaster or directly to the box office. I made the mistake of buying from them, and later found out that I could have gotten the same tickets from Ticketmaster for less than half the price. It is a consumer beware market out there and I'm saying, "Beware Razorgator!" Read More »

Jen L. posted a review

This company advertised tickets with a Section 130 Row G1. I received tickets that said Section 315 Row G1 Seat 29 and 30. I have never attended an event at this venue, but ran across many ads that said general admission Sec 315. Because this ad had a Section 130 Row G1 it was misleading at best and possibly false advertising. When I asked supervisor about the discrepency she said all seats for that event are general admission, so what I was sent was what I was promised. I said your ad was mi... Read More »

BRYAN H. posted a review

1st, i did receive my tickets the day of the event at my hotel, but let me tell you what to expect! i bought my tickets five (5) MONTHS before the event to insure i had them in hand before our trip. i was told via e-mail that the tickets would be sent out 7-10 days before the event. after this time period passed i called. since i live 1200 miles from the event and even further from CA (tickets) and was concerned that the tickets would be in the mail while i was on a plane to the event! i was... Read More »

Teresa C. posted a review

This is the worst I have ever been treated... I waited for a week then I called RazorGator they said OH NO your tickets will not be sent out until Jan. OK now I am mad! But does not seem to be anything they can do! In Dec. I confronted the company and they told me I reveived what I ordered. So I feel I am being called a liar and incompetent. Is this the correct way to treat customers?
