I just got a computer Board in from PCRUSH, one hr ago, well the pens were missing from the 3.0 usb connector, call customer Service and was told had to wait 48 hrs to get RMA number. Product ordered and was delivered DEFECTIVE! The company states that we MUST pay for return shipping and they will only refund our purchase price. We ordered a product from this manufacturer and the product was delivered as a defective product. The company told us that they would "not charge us a restocking fee" as a courtesy to us but that we MUST pay for the return shipping back to them. I have placed an order on amazon.com on 10/29/2011. I was informed by the seller PCRUSH on 10/31/2011 that my order has been canceled stating "Incorrect forecasting of market demand resulted in a lapse of availability. We share your frustration with manufacturer's logistic errors". It looks like they like to put the blame on the manufacture as I have noticed identical in many blogs and reviews. I ordered a net book from them. When I got it, it was password protected! It looked like my net book used to belong to a fellow named Eric. I hope he isn't missing it. They hadn't thought to supply a password either, which all seemed rather strange to me. Fishy even. Of course customer support is only available during business days, so as I received my net book on a Saturday, I won't actually be able to use it until Monday when (if) someone contacts me to resolve this issue. Horrible Customer service. If you make a mistake on returning a merchandise for a refund like losing your tracking number, etc. they will not give you a refund even if they receive the product. They will claim that they have not received it. This is stealing, there has been over 10 complaints about them not issuing a refund within the last few months. This is the worst computer and electronics internet retailer I have ever dealt with!!! Do NOT do business with or purchase anything from this company or any affiliated websites, including pcrush.com!
