I have a dental office in reseda where brian has done a lot of nice work, like siding, molding and staining on the outside of my office,and on the inside he refaced the cabinets in 5 rooms and did some other handyman repair work and everthing came out really good. I have known Brian Weintraub for over five years and he has done several construction jobs for me including electrical, plumbing, painting, tile, carpentry, drywall and other miscellaneous repairs. All of the work was done in a timely manner, for very reasonable prices and within the projected costs that Brian had quoted me prior to starting. Brian has done numerous jobs for me on my properties and I am very pleased with the results. He is a great contractor who charges a reasonable price for his services. He also communicates in a timely manner which has been a problem with other contractors in the past. He can do all levels of construction and has proved really valuable to me with his electrical knowledge from switching out panels to chasing down wiring problems in older units.
