Trabuco Air has installed both a heating system and an A/C system for me. The work was done in a timely manner and very clean. I had some concerns via the gas company that required that the condenser be moved. Trabuco came the next day and took care of it. I can't praise them enough. Read More »

Robert of Trabuco Hills Air installed my A/C unit 5 years ago and it stopped working on Friday evening, and I called Robert and he came out Saturday morning and fixed it at no charge. We found that the expeditious service and value for price paid was just exceptional with Trabuco Air. We had received a competitive bid for a new furnace of between $3,000 and $8,000 plus a monthly service fee agreement of $8.95 per month. This seemed and was excessive. When contacting Trabuco Air late one evening the staff was knowledgeable, informative and provided an immediate quotation of $1,200 or less. This met our budget. I chose Trabuco Air from several companies to do a total furnace/AC changeout. Robert Decker, the owner, came out personally for my initial quote. He was very matter-of-fact, didn't have any hidden charges, made some suggestions for a smoother, quieter running system, and handled the installation and clean-up as promised. Robert was the only person who would come out after "hours" to take a look at our broken A/C unit! He said if he could not fix it that night he would not even charge us! True to his word, he could not fix it since the compressor was shot and we needed a new unit. We got a quick bid from him and got a few other companies to come out and bid as well. Trabuco Air installed two HVAC systems at my home. I was afraid to hire a contractor because I had been ripped off by two previous contractors who went out of business. I saw the reviews for Trabuco Air and decided to take my chances. I am so glad that I did. They were great. Clean, polite, my mother is in her 80's. We were very happy with the service. I was impressed right from the start, as the installers were on time and ready for work. They were careful and protected my home from any damage. All installation was done efficiently. Robert, the owner, came by to see how the installation was going and to answer any questions I might have. Trabuco hills Air has changed the entire A/C and heating system in our house. Robert Decker is a very smart engineer. They installed completely new ducting and a new A/C and a new furnace in our house. We never had such good air flow and heating like this before. I highly recommend the HVAC services of Mr. Robert Decker and his company, Trabuco Air. He is very responsive and answered my call late on a Friday afternoon (unheard of!), and even left me a message later that day regarding my system. Trabuco Hills Air replaced my old heating and air conditioning units with a new Amana system that I'm very happy with. Installation took one day with one follow up to tune the system. All paperwork was handled by them for the permits and inspections. Good work. Did what they promised in the timeframe given. Reasonable pricing and I got a couple of rebates and a free air cleaner.
