These people now call them self Vinyl Patio Covers and Fence . They came into our neighborhood and signed up four people for new fences . They took over $5,000 in deposits and never did any work . They refuse to give us our money back . I have sent them a demand letter to get my money back and they still refuse to give it back . They are liars and thieves . I gave them $2,100 as a deposit to start my job . They never did the job and refuse to give me my money back . DO NOT give them any money as a deposit for a job . This company is formerly the Vinyl Fence Co. and went bankrupt and did not deliver after taking a 50% deposit. Over promised and defaulted on delivery. They have an F rating from the BBB and yet they post an A rating. Dishonest is too kind a word to describe their work ethic! They deserve no stars as a rating but the system will not allow no stars. State has suspended their license due to a civil judgment not being paid, and not having Workers Comp insurance. The company reflects and misleads the customer to believe they are a member of the BBB (having the BBB icon on the website reflecting that they are a A+ rating when in fact, they are not a memeber, BBB is now aware that they are in violation for representing memebership and has rated the company with a "F". Tim Corbett and The Vinyl Fence Company were wonderful to work with. Tim explained everything from how their fence builders would install our fence to the manufacturing and guarantee of their vinyl fence products. Our project was huge and we did it in 3 installments.
