The products they offer and the price are very attractive; HOWEVER, watch closely on any warranty they may provide. We purchased a motorized car and they only warranted it for 60 days. That is my fault for not noticing that at purchase. We began having issues after about 6-8 months. I purchases an indoor/outdoor console table from Best Choice Products 5/2020. The top board arrived damaged. They would not replace the top board. Very poor customer service. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Returned the whole table to them. Waiting to see if I get a refund. If not, will file another BBB complaint. I would not purchase anything from this company again. Walmart is deceiving people by selling Best Choice Products on their website. We ordered a Jeep motorized toy for our child and the product arrived missing pieces. It has been a pain to return as you cannot return directly to Walmart Store because it is a Best Choice Product. This tree was offered on Walmart's site (Best Choice Products was the 3rd party vendor). I was thrilled that I found a 9ft tree with 1000 light for such a great price. I received an email stating that my order had been processed and that it had been shipped. I have made a lot of purchases with this company and always leave a review. When you order a product, and expect it by a certain time, the last thing you want is for a customer service rep to say "We can't exactly predict the movement, but rest assured that your package will arrive, okay?" they claim to sell for Amazon. Only difference is Amazon monitors all communications. I bought my product through Walmart.com and Walmart does absolutely nothing. Best Choice wants to charge me $3.00 to print a piece of paper to put inside the return box, and expects me to pay the shipping. after reading other reviews I am hesitant I will get my money back. I purchased a futon to have for the holidays because I had family coming in. I received the futon but they sent me the wrong legs that was one thing. Shipped me a returned product that was damaged due to someone starting installing the product, had no instructions, and no hardware. I searched for many days to find the right desk that got my daughters room. I love the look of the desk with the removable top cabinet/drawers. Some other sites had similar desks but no one could match Best Choice's price. The desk arrived much sooner that expected! I purchased a patio umbrella, hand crank, from Best Choice Products through amazon, last year at the end of the season 2016. This month, April 2017, with good weather approaching I put the umbrella up only to find out that the hand crank doesn't work. Horrible products!!!! I bought 2 faucets last year, and they fail to let you know on the description it's the european hoses not the american standard size.
